BENEFIT gig Stand Up to Stop Suicide is taking place at Mood Bar on Fleet Street on Tuesday, November 13.
On the bill will be Keith Carter as Nige, Mick Ferry, Daliso Chaponda and Paul Smith, with Chris Cairns as compere.

IT’S always rubbish to lose a decent American series when the axe falls mid-run – but in one instance in recent memory, the pain is still raw, and the question is still begged: Why Arrested Development? WHY?!
It was near the knuckle, to be fair. One of its best loved lines was “are you forgetting that I was a professional twice over, an analyst and a therapist – the world's first analrapist�, after all. Like Family Guy, it was the kind of subversive comedy we don’t like to think the American mainstream can manage.
THERE'S a couple of special guests nestling in between the usual suspects at Rawhide in the next few weeks.
OVER-worked, partied out and shattered after a week of sadistic scheduling conflicts, this reviewer knew that only the energies of one man would go any stretch to holding my attention on a lazy Sunday evening.
SCOTTISH stand-up comic Frankie Boyle and radio stalwarts Punt and Dennis are the big draws of Southport Comedy Week, which begins today.
