Two to watch at Rawhide
THERE'S a couple of special guests nestling in between the usual suspects at Rawhide in the next few weeks.
Irish comic Colin Murphy is playing two relatively rare UK shows at the Bold Street comedy club on November 2 and 3.
He can sell out 1000-seater venues over the water thanks to his established TV career there, including his regular stint on The Panel alongside Dara O’Briain.
Also on the bill will be Jason Cook, Steve Royale and compere Chris Cairns.
For more info, see www.colinmurphy.org.
Stewart Francis also comes highly recommended from the Rawhide team - you can catch him on Friday and Saturday November 9 and 10, along with Caimh McDonnell, Phil Walker and compere Brendan Riley.
The London-based American’s dry delivery has been compared to Steven Wright, and he’s written for the Jay Leno show and is a regular at London’s comedy store.
Take a look:
All Rawhide shows start at 8pm at the Cotton Club on Bold Street. Tickets are available from the Royal Court box office on 0870 787 1866.
