Result of Warren Bradley investigation to be announced next year

It seems we are going to have to wait until the New Year for the result of the Standards Board for England investigation into Liverpool Council leader Warren Bradley.
I'm told the board will not be releasing their findings before Christmas and it will be well into the New Year before the result is made public.
The board is looking into claims Cllr Bradley bullied and conspired to remove ex-Culture Company chief executive Jason Harborow from his job. Cllr Bradley has always strenuously denied both these accusations.
I'm posting on this subject because many assumed that as the outcome of the Mike Storey (former council leader) case had been announced Cllr Bradley's would follow soon.
As mentioned on a previous post, Cllr Storey was cleared of conspiring against Mr Harborow.
Cllr Storey was found guilty of disclosing confidential information about Mr Harborow's health, but no action will be taken.
Most councillors I've spoken to about this agree that this is a minor rap on the knuckles for Cllr Storey, but this is unlikely to stop his opponents trying to make as much mileage as possible from it.
Cllr Bradley's case is understood to be taking slightly longer because the board are considering representations from lawyers acting on his behalf, after he was sent a copy of their draft report.
