'Two tellies Ben' Chapman
Wirral South MP Ben Chapman has been dubbed "two tellies Ben" after claiming for two TVs on his expenses in the space of a month.
The MP, whose parliamentary career was ended by the expenses scandal, bought a ã449 32-inch Panasonic TV in July 2008, claiming it on his expenses.
The following month, Mr Chapman submitted a ã259 receipt for a 19-inch
Samsung TV.
