The election form that landed Warren Bradley at centre of investigation
This is the nomination form that has landed Liverpool Liberal Democrat leader Warren Bradley at the centre of an investigation into possible election fraud.
At the top of the paper is a signature that is supposed to be that of his son Daniel, although Daniel denies it is his.
At the bottom is that of Cllr Bradley who witnessed the form.

This really has to be the final straw for Warren Bradley. He's bang to rights as the signature witness. I can't even be bothered to play this for advantage. I truly despair for him. He isn't actually a [i]bad[/i] person. But, dear me, he is one complete fool. And as I've said on other occasions, he does need help, [i]professional[/i] help. Please, Warren, take some time out and seek it.
Whatever the circumstances involved in this case, I am sure that your decision to publish the above image [http://blogs.liverpooldailypost.co.uk/dalestreetblues/bradleyform.jpg] on your blog website has breached confidentialty by not blanking out the individuals private address. Your blog is in the public domain and ss such, you and, thereby, Trinity Mirror are liable to substantial costs from Cllr Bradley should he wish to sue you for damages.
