I must admit the tone of the document is somewhat helpful and considerate and a bit meek if anything. Not really the picture painted of bullys who were demanding this and demanding that and threatening to revoke Liverpool's membership. Sounds like this lot would be happy to compromise but will Joe use his influence with Peel or use his influence with his planning people is the question ?
