Ale-lection fever takes over Police Commissioner poll

ballot_box_in_pub.jpgTurnout in Thursday's Police Commissioner elections is expected to be small beer.

An eagle eyed DSA reader spotted this ballot box in a Liverpool pub (it's guardian was close by I'm told).

Perhaps putting polling stations in pubs would be an ingenious way of improving turnout?
