I have just read through your live blog piece Mr Bartlett and I am appalled that you refer to Mr Liam Foggarty as "Foghorn" making a noise outside.

As a former mayoral candidate, Mr Leggarty has a right to be heard without you mocking him.

He may have had an important point to make about why LDL escapes any cuts and still won't tell us what we are paying them £60+ million a year for and why as a joint partner we get no income from their work for other agencies and councils or why they charged us 3 times the high street price for their IT equipment with a £2K a year maintenance charge for evry pc and laptop and that the council is only allowed to purchase the equipment from them?

Or he may have just wanted to get in out of the cold.
