Jamie Bamber - I want to be the next Hugh Grant
Depressing news from the world of Battlestar Galactic - Jamie Bamber claims he wants to be the next Hugh Grant.
The 36-year-old, who played Lee 'Apollo' Adama in the recently finished sci-fi show, has confessed to FHM that he would like to try his hand at rom-coms.
Jamie said: "I'd love to do a romantic comedy. Hugh Grant and Colin Firth are getting on a bit, there must be room for one coming up behind them?
"As a Brit in LA, you do Hugh Grant, or you go the other way and do Gary Oldman, that's it."
Now the next Gary Oldman I can see but Hugh Grant? You're far too good for that Jamie.
