In the pink

fieldofwomen6.jpgIT NEVER rains but it pours for a bit, then goes so sunny you need factor 20, then pours again.

And what's the best way of spending a weekend affected by such peculiar weather - why, standing in a field of course.

So the Girls Behaving Stylishly donned their pink, plastic ponchos and joined the 4,000-strong crowd at the Field of Women event on Sunday where we all stood together to form the shape of a giant woman in aid of the Linda McCartney Centre.

A repeat event is already being talked about for next year and we will definitely be signing up. Watch this space for further details...

You can always rely on Liverpool girls to make a statement - note the customised ponchos
