X Factor has the X Factor and Peaches is over-ripe
HERE is what we are loving and hating this week:
Hot
X Factor. The new series starts tonight with Dannii Minogue taking on new girl Cheryl Cole and we are stuck with it until Christmas so you may as well get on board.
TEAM GB. One week into the Olympics and already the medals are racking up. Keep it up boys and girls.
LIVERPOOL Food Festival. Set to be the biggest one ever, the culinary fun starts next month. Check out liverpoolfoodanddrinkfestival.com
MADONNA. She turns 50 today and we wish her many happy returns.
Not
TIM LEUNIG. The man who thinks we should abandon Liverpool and move down south is not making a lot of friends locally.
JELLYFISH on the beaches off the south coast. A perfectly valid reason not to move down there.
PEACHES GELDOF getting married. About as believable as all the Big Brother love stories.
lMIMING at the Olympics opening ceremony tut tut.
