Acceptable in the 80s

AS London Fashion Week got underway on Sunday, Topshop was one of the first to showcase their collection.

And according to them, next year we will be going back to the so-called decade that taste forgot - the 1980s.

Yes, the high street giant says we will be once again donning shoulder pads and tying rags in our hair as if you were a member of Bananarama. The likes of Peaches Geldof and Alexa Chung seemed to lap it up on the front row, but maybe that's because they don't remember the horrors of snow washed denim the first time round.

So maybe it's time to dig out your Bros tapes and deeley boppers as you embrace the 80s. Or maybe not.
