Flapping about headbands.
LIFTING my gaze from the rain-spattered this morning I noticed a new craze.
Flapper girl head bands are taking the city by storm!
The new style band has taken over from the gold plaited Xena Warrior Princesss/Wonder Woman version that chicks about town were sporting over the summer.
Now the en-vogue accoutrement tends to be dark in colour with an embroidered flower or star embellishment on the side, very feminine and pretty if you've got a short gamine hair do.
But the bunched up helmet of hair it creates on long hair? Not convinced.
