Who said hard hats aren't a key look for AW08?
NO THE model in this photograph isn't wearing this season's Builder Chic, she's conforming to Health & Safety regulations.
The location for the shoot was the show apartment of One Park West, which is still technically a building site so we were issued with hard hats and fluorescent vests - horror of horrors as Valerie had come straight from the salon and I had visions of her glamorous updo turning into a birds nest.
Disaster averted, she then had to put up with an audience of shoppers while our photographer made her stand in the fountain at Liverpool One.
But I think you'll agree it was worth it.
