Robert Downey Jr - where are you?
SADLY our busy social calendar (which includes going to visit our parents, cleaning the house and Christmas shopping) has prevented the GBS from stalking Robert Downey Jr while he is in Liverpool filming Sherlock Holmes.
We did consider installing ourselves in the Radisson's White Bar just in case he popped there for a drink with Jude Law (who we're less taken with).
RDJ is on our list of "universal men", the few that we all manage to agree on - along with Bruce Willis (now not years ago and not his politics), Adrien Brody and Clive Lewis.
We have a bad track record with seeing those on the list when they've visited Liverpool. The last time Jude Law was here he was drinking in Sir Thomas Hotel with Clive Lewis (they'd been to see a Liverpool match) and one of our colleagues who was there did not text us to get over there. Very bad form.
