Karl gets his own mini-me
Karl Lagerfeld has been immortalised in vinyl - and standing only 10 inches tall.
The Tokidoki figure of the Chanel designer is decked out in his 'signature look' from the K Karl Lagerfeld collection - skinny black suit, rhinestone-studded tie and belt and of course, his wraparound dark sunglasses.
The figure is the work of Italian artist Simone Legno, who launched the Tokidoki range of Japanese-inspired collectible figurines in 2005. He has created only 1000 mini-Karls and will go on sale in flagship stores in Italy and the US. The figure will also appear on T-shirts in next spring's K collection.
