Gwyneth's boots, Lily's trainers... this was one heck of a jumble sale

I DON'T know about you but the last time I went to a jumble sale the best things I could find were a fondue set and a Madonna annual circa 1989.
It is safe to say the pickings were a bit richer at the The Really Really Great Garage Sale yesterday.

With the likes of David Walliams, Jasmine Guinness and Louise Redknapp manning stalls the goodies up for grabs included a pair of Lily Allen's trainers, Gwyneth Paltrow's Balenciaga boots and one of Louise's own gorgeous Givenchy dresses.

The sale, which took place in the car park of Selfridges yesterday was organised by Louisewho joined forces with model-designer Yasmin Le Bon and model-actress Lisa Barbuscia to raise money for their charity Mothers 4 Children.
Other celebs clearing out their closets for the event included Denise Van Outen, Elizabeth Hurley and Davina McCall.
Maybe Louise could persuade our own footballer wife mummies Coleen Rooney and Alex Curran to do a Liverpool version of the event.
It would be elbows at the ready for that one...
