SO are you planning to take that Christmas present back already or do you know that you man will get your the perfect gift.
According to a new survey nearly half of us are happy to take a present back to the shops in secret for a refund if it does not come up to scratch.
Astral moisturiser quizzed 2,000 women on present receiving and nearly half admitted that they would return an unwanted present given to them by a partner to get a refund or exchange it for something better - all without telling their partner.
More than one in 10 said they took gifts back all the time, while more than a third (36.4%) took a present back as a last resort if they intensely disliked a present.
London women were most likely to return presents in secret, with nearly 58% admitting they did not keep unwanted items, followed by those in Northern Ireland (52%) and the South East (49%).
