A model promoting bread? Erin O' Connor is
WE ARE used to supermodels selling us everything from shoes to swimwear but a supermodel promoting bread is a new one on us.
But that is exactly what British super Erin O' Connor is doing this London Fashion Week.
The statuesque model has teamed up with Hovis to devise a 'British Fashion Wheat' sandwich which will be on offer to models at the Model Sanctuary backstage at LFW.

Says Erin: "Fashion Week is the highlight of the year for models but it's also an incredibly busy and stressful time. The Model Sanctuary offers a free, safe and relaxing getaway, staffed by a full-time nutritionist, psychologist and other experts on hand to help out the models."
So want to know what is in a supermodel sandwich? Apparently it's made from Hovis 100% British Wheat Original Wheatgerm bread, avocado, smoked salmon and sun-blushed tomatoes and contains a great balance of protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.
Wonder how many calories there are in one?
