Take That are continuing to Rule the World with their comeback and the release of their new album looks to become one of their biggest yet, I have one simple question.
Is that hat surgically attached to Mark Owen's head? He's wearing it in the video, all their TV appearances and even in the Christmas M&S ad. Does he ever take it off?
HAVE you ever agreed to do something that pandered to your ego and then a few minutes later, regretted saying yes?
This is what happened to me a few weeks ago when my hairdresser Mark asked me if I'd model for his salon's new website.

IT'S that time of year again. The Christmas stuff is in the shops and the Clothes Show Live is returning to the NEC in Birmingham to celebrate its 20th anniversary.
Divided into colour coded zones including High Street, Chic Boutique, Vintage and Designer, there is something for everyone and great bargains to be found.
If the your designer shopping has taken a hit from the credit crunch, fear not.
The website www.koodoos.com has lots of designer clothes, bags and shoes at up to 70% off from names such as Balenciaga, Chloe and Dior. They even have Kate Moss's favourite J Brand jeans, at ridiculously low prices. So now's your chance to stock up on those little Christmas treats.
"We don't phone each other in the morning to discuss outfits!"
That was the cry that went out from Emma and myself as we realised we had come to work wearing very similar outfits - even down to black cardies and biker boots.

A COUPLE of us here at GBS towers have been turning green. Green with envy that is.
Model and TV presenter Abbey Clancy and her amazing hair is the reason for our jealousy.
She looked amazing on the red carpet at the National TV Awards (although she must have been freezing).
I've tried to copy a celebrity's look before. I've torn out a picture from a magazine and taken it along to the salon in the hope I would emerge looking like the A-lister in question. But usually to no avail. So what hope is there of achieving Abbey's luscious long mane?

Katie Price has added another string to her already hefty bow by launching a range of electrical haircare products that will be available in Superdrug. Naturally the tongs, straighteners and hairdryers are pink.
But what I really want to know is why is she wearing two halves of different outfits? Thoughts please...
