A COUPLE of events that are worth looking out for this week:

First up photographer Zoe Richards is giving a talk on fashion through the ages with special reference to paintings and sculpture in The Walker's collection. It's at 1pm. Places are free of charge but limited so book ahead on 0151 794 6900.

Later the same day, Twisted Tales and Ghost Stories writer Jeremy Dyson will be joined by horror author Ramsey Campbell at Waterstones Liverpool One, where they will be doing a reading and signing books from 6-7pm. Tickets are £2 but free if you have a ticket to Wednesday's performance of Twisted Tales at the Liverpool Playhouse.

Campbell was one of Dyson's favourite authors - there was a whole section on his books in last year's Ghost Stories' programme - so it sounds like an interesting event.
