Saying goodbye to friends

By Inge Panneels on May 15, 10 01:14 PM

WE SAY goodbye to Raili and Helen as they leave, back to Estonia after some ten weeks of very hard work.

Without them, the Liverpool Map would be nowhere near its current state. We are at least four weeks ahead of schedule thanks to them. We are eternally grateful!

MATILDA KÀstel arrives from Sweden as an intern to Jeff and will help also on the Liverpool Map. During this week she will be shadowing Raili and Helen and being briefed on the processes involved.

The third column is going in the kiln.

THE second firing has been a success.

Whilst we expected nothing less, it is a vindication that the processes used and the kiln programme devised are working and the first firing was not just luck!
